We are a small team. A real person reads every message, which is why we ask you to use the subject prefixes — they route your message to the right person rather than to a queue somebody triages twice a day.
Which route
A support question
Open and follow a ticket in your console for questions about your organisation, your posture report or something that has stopped working. If you cannot sign in, email us instead.
A vulnerability in our software
Email with the subject prefix [SECURITY]. Acknowledged within three business days, with a published safe-harbour commitment and remediation targets by severity. No form, no account.
Procurement, security questionnaires and residency
Email with the subject prefix [ENTERPRISE]. If you want the trust packet under mutual non-disclosure, use [TRUST REQUEST] and you will have it within one business day.
Data protection
Subject requests, processing agreements and anything for our data protection contact. Use the subject prefix [DPO]. If you are one of our customer's staff rather than our direct customer, contact your own organisation first — they are the controller.
Press, partnerships and everything else
Plain email, no prefix. Replies within one business day. If you are writing about the product and want a claim checked before you publish it, we will check it and tell you if we think it is wrong in our favour as readily as against.
