Terms of service

The terms that govern your use of the Qorionix website, knowledge base and support portal.

Last updated September 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing qorionix.com (the “Site”), or by using the knowledge base or the support portal, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. The Site is operated by the operator of Qorionix (“we”, “us”), whose registration details are on the company details page.

The operating company is being formed and is not registered yet. Until it is, nothing on this Site is a contract, and the clauses below that depend on the identity of the operator — intellectual-property ownership, the liability cap, the governing law and the competent court — are marked as pending rather than stated. The acceptable-use rules, the disclaimers and what we say about the product apply as written.

2. What these terms cover, and what they do not

These terms cover the public website. They are not your platform contract. Use of the Qorionix platform is governed by a separate subscription agreement and a data processing agreement executed with you, which take precedence over anything here in the event of a conflict. If you have not signed those, you are not a platform customer regardless of what any page on this Site describes.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site outside our disclosure programme. Inside it, you are welcome and we have published a safe-harbour commitment.
  • Do not submit false, automated or abusive support requests. The support portal is rate-limited and misuse gets an address blocked.
  • Do not upload anything to the support portal that you are not entitled to share, and do not upload credentials or secrets. Redact them; we will ask you to anyway.
  • Do not scrape content at a rate that degrades the Site for others. The knowledge base is meant to be read and quoted — see section 4.
  • Do not use the Site in a way that breaches applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The Qorionix name, logo, wordmark and Site content are owned by the operator of this Site and its founders, and are assigned to the operating company on its registration; the registered owner is named on the company details page from that point. Our detection content is first-party authored and is not licensed for redistribution.

You may quote the knowledge base. Reproduce a reasonable extract with attribution and a link, in a security policy, a procurement document, an audit response or commentary. We wrote it to be usable by people who cannot afford a consultant, and a licence that prevented that would defeat the purpose. Wholesale republication of an article, or reproduction that presents our text as your own, is not permitted.

Good-faith reporting, review and comparison with attribution is fine and we will not send you a letter about it.

5. Statements about the product

Descriptions of the platform on this Site are provided in good faith and are marked with their status: shipping, beta or planned. A capability marked planned is not a commitment. The figures we publish, including the accuracy band, are stated with their source and the date on which they were measured, and the claims we refuse to make are published too.

Pricing on this Site is marked provisional where it is provisional and is not an offer until we have given you a quotation in writing.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The knowledge base is general guidance about our own product, not security advice tailored to your organisation. Following it does not make you secure and we cannot know your circumstances. Where a procedure will break something, we say so — but you are responsible for testing a change in your own estate before you apply it.

The support portal's response targets are operational targets, not contractual service levels. Contractual service levels, where you have them, are in your subscription agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this Site is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

The monetary cap on aggregate liability is to be published. A cap is a term offered by a legal person, and the operating company is being formed, so there is no figure to state. It is set out here when the company is registered.

Whatever cap is published will apply to the Site alone. Liability under a platform subscription is addressed in that agreement and is not capped at the Site figure.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted. Platform availability, and our commitment to disclose an incident within one hour of confirming it, are covered on the status page.

9. Governing law

The governing law and the competent court are to be published. Both follow from where the operating company is established, and it is being formed. They are stated here when it is registered, and this page's date changes when they are.

Until then, nothing on this Site is a contract and these terms are the conditions on which the Site is made available to you rather than an agreement between you and a legal person. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, nothing here affects your right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence, and no future version of this clause can take that right away.
