The Fix-it coach: a walk-through for findings with no one-tap fix
For a Score finding with no automatic change, the coach turns the check's own fix instructions into steps using your own names, tells you who will notice, and re-checks the one control on demand. It never decides something is fixed.
Roughly half of the posture checks have no automatic, one-tap change — the fix has to happen inside Microsoft 365 or Entra itself. Until now, the only guidance for those was one paragraph of "how to fix it yourself" on your Score page. The Fix-it coach turns that same paragraph into a numbered walk-through written around your own tenant: your own people, your own device and app names, and the exact screen in Microsoft's admin console to open.
Where it appears
Open a finding on your Score page that shows "How to fix it yourself" rather than an Approve button. A Walk me through it control sits underneath it. On a plan without AI, only the existing paragraph shows — see Plans and what each includes — and opening the coach makes no request at all.
"Who will notice"
Every guide states, in one line, how many people or devices are affected and names a few of them — computed directly from the same finding your Score already shows, never guessed by the AI. If a change could interrupt someone's day, this is where you find out before you make it, not after.

"Check again"
Once you have made the change in Microsoft 365, Check again re-runs that one posture check against your tenant's own connected data — the same deterministic check your full assessment uses, not a model's opinion. If it now passes, the finding is cleared immediately rather than waiting for your next full reassessment. If it still fails, you get a fresh, grounded guide instead of the same steps repeated at you unchanged.
A small number of checks need data Qorionix does not keep between assessments — live sign-in history, mainly. Cost and limits
A guide and its follow-up questions share one monthly allowance per tenant, shown with every answer as a small footnote. Reaching the allowance degrades to the platform's own unpersonalised steps — never an error, and never a bill.
